Clashing ghost tours lead to a sizzling romantic rivalry in the second romance in the new series from USA Today bestselling author Jen DeLuca.

This was such a fun trip back to Boneyard Key. Love ghost tours and competing ghost tours with a rivals to lovers romance was great! Loved the one bed in a hurricane, is that a trope?
Sophie has been doing her historically accurate ghost tours for years and Tristan just shows up to try to add to his ghost tour city lineup. They enter a competition even though heโs just making things up and making the actual ghosts upset.
Love a small town and this one even though it has competition and conflict resolved itself quite nicely with a cute hea.
Thank you Berkley Romance for these gifted books!

This was just the best! I am a huge fan of when one of the characters asks for dating lessons. The dating lessons that Nancy, the book shop owner, is very hands-on with. Jack is socially awkward and thereโs tons of gossip about his surly and weird behavior.
The longing and slow build during their lessons was so good. He was hiding a secret but he was magically bound. She had secrets she didnโt even know about.
This was just so fun! Loved their hot chemistry and how they both were really into each other but they didnโt believe the other could ever be.
There is a whole paranormal town as their friends are totally fine with him in his demon form which she doesnโt find out about till much later too much happiness lol.
There are some inanimate objects that have personalities. This definitely had the beauty and the beast feel to it but different.
Thank you St Martins Press for the gifted copy.

A dragon princess joins forces with a scarred prince to escape a competition for her hand in marriage, unaware he is hiding dark secrets of his own in the first of a new romantasy duology from the author of Bride of the Shadow King.

This book was amazing!! It was like a bachelorette but to the death and she is a dragon princess. I absolutely loved the slow burn and yearning between Prince Valtar and Rosie. He was sent there to kill her but his plans changed after she grabbed him and kissed him to avoid someone.
Rosie grew up being an apothecaries assistant after she escaped a fire so all the princess stuff is new to her as she was abducted to enter this contest. So entertaining! Canโt wait for book 2!

When the deadly werewolf Asil is gifted five blind dates by some anonymous โfriends,โ his reclusive life will never be the same, in this enthralling novel in stories from the #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Mercy Thompson series.
Includes two all-new stories as well as three previously published stories.
–
This was such an interesting group of stories. Asil must go on blind dates but they all turn out to be people in need of good assistance or at least a stronger paranormal than him. They do not go well at all. He does help all sorts of paranormals. Though there does seem to be someone out to get him. He does end up encountering someone of interest on one of the dates. He is said to be very attractive.
โจI will say these covers are absolutely gorgeous.
We went to the Oakland Zoo Glowfari and saw Santa. Very early this year. My girls enjoy that Santa cause he reads their letters and then they put it in a special mailbox that when they put up the flag the letter disappears and is magicked to the North Pole. A few pictures below. Definitely recommend but get tickets asap.
