Cassiel.. Zev.. Rawn..Ok I see now why I see this cover/book in everyone’s top 10 bookstacks and reels! It would’ve definitely been in mine if I had read faster! Love love love!

Wow- Dynalya is such a beautiful name/person! She attracts Guardians like no one’s business. I had no idea where we were going when we first met but wow did we go on a journey. 

On a quest to save her village from a long ago self-inflicted demon that visits and takes children, stuff of nightmares. She thinks she may have found the key and a map. Though on her journey she keeps stumbling into new interesting characters that have their own reasons for helping since they all are searching for the same mysterious location. I love when stories layer on top and new characters bring more depth and knowledge of the area and histories, since Dyna was sheltered in a, hidden by magic, village her whole life, we are learning with her.

I loved how the main characters were all of mixed magical heritages though that made them all unaccepted in their village, kingdom, pack… and so on. The kindred spirit they found in each other is beautiful. These are my favorites, the outcasts with the unexpected powers that are so much powerful because of the two heritages. And we should celebrate those differences and not shun, social message. Technically at this point with genetic tests you can tell that no one is pure anything.

Tarn is an evil prick but I feel so bad for Von and Yavi! Can they get a happily ever after? Can Von be a Guardian too? I can’t wait to meet the other Guardians. OMG the ending was amazing! And I can’t wait for the cover reveal this week for Bonded Fate and to read it of course!! I’m sure it will also be a 5 star read! 

This will be a book hangover for sure!!!
