Kareena has it all the dream career she’s in a great place in her life but oh yea she’s not married or have a family yet. Being 30 and single is like a death knell to your ovaries. Well for everyone that seems to care about your personal life lol.
I was single or actually just getting into a relationship that led to my marriage at 30 so I feel for her. My big sis was so annoying with her fairytale relationship where they met when she was 14, I thought that I would meet my future husband at 14. Well that was faulty logic. Enough about me and my life choices. Yay sisters though they can be rough.

Kareena finds out that her father is selling the house they live in which she is attached to since her mother decorated and designed it. Well if she gets engaged her father will give her basically her dowry since he has money set aside for her wedding or a down payment on a house.

When she goes out for drinks she has a spark with a handsome stranger that ends painfully then she sees him the next day and starts the fun wild ride.

This was modeled on Shakespeare and my absolute favorite play btw, Taming of the Shrew and now looking at it I can see all the parallels.
I loved the Elizabeth Taylor version and watched it a million times as a kid.

Also, the talk show and talk of love and how it evolved I found interesting. You can not believe in love but then when you find the right person those ideas start to change.

Synopsis:

That’s when Kareena’s meddling aunties presented him with a solution: convince Kareena he’s her soulmate and they’ll fund his clinic.

Even though they have conflicting views on love-matches and arranged-matches, the more time Prem spends with Kareena, the more he begins to believe she’s the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with.
